Senator Roopa Mulpuri

Roopa is a sophomore in the SFS from Rockville, Maryland. As the Co-Chair of the Subcommittee on Curricular Reform, she is dedicated to advocating for students in conversations on preregistration, internship credit, and reforming the core curriculum and graduation requirements, and she's also eager to start the conversation about standardizing the manner in which sexual assault and mental health issues are handled by the administration and deans in all four schools. Unrelated to curricular reform, Roopa is passionate about advocating for unrecognized student groups and Greek life on campus––and to top it all off, she was an extra in season three of House of Cards.

Senator Carter Rise

Carter is a junior in the College from Richmond, Virginia, majoring in Political Economy with a minor in Business Administration. On campus, Carter is a member of the Georgetown Rugby Team, as well as a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and a writer for the Georgetown Heckler. Carter was unconscious in a pool in his campaign poster photo, but you elected him, so this ones on you Georgetown. His favorite food is Twizzlers and his favorite animal is the mischievous Red Panda. Within the Senate, Carter is a member of FinApp and is motivated to ensure that the student activities fee is allocated properly, that important campus resources like the Club Sports Trainer remain funded, and that Georgetown is not destroyed by a volcano or a tidal wave.
