Alyssa Peterson is a senior in the College, majoring in Government. She specializes in lease review and connecting students to resources in DC. She currently lives off-campus in the Burleith neighborhood and is an active participant in the Tenant Association. Alyssa has worked extensively with the Office of the Tenant Advocate (OTA) and the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to advocate for protection of student tenants. Outside of her work in the Tenant Association, Alyssa works fulltime and is an active member of GUSA and College Democrats. She also volunteers as a domestic violence advocate.
